PITCHING (Former Elite Player Tom Grant is WMU pitching coach) Baseball and softball players work in a 60 minute session that consists of a variety of throwing exercises designed to improve one’s pitching mechanics. The session will include Function Fitness, a strength training program designed to increase durability. Up to four players will work together in a session. (Mechanical Bullpen) With Benito Biaz Starts Dec. 15th Tues. & Thurs. 4pm - 7pm (3 guys per hour, geared towards proper throwing mechanics). (Advance Bullpen) With Jim Abbott Starts Dec. 15th Mon. & Wed. 4pm -7pm (4 guys per hour geared towards the mental and physical aspect of game situations) Try out our CST program for increased strength and endurance.
